Wal-Mart Exposed: Videos You Were Never Meant To See
After receiving a verbal commitment that Flagler would be used for meetings in the future, Wal-Mart abruptly ended its deal with Flagler in 2006 causing the company to lay off most of their employees, according to Flagler. Representatives from Wal-Mart tried to buy the library in 2007, but Flagler and Wal-Mart could not agree on a price so the sale never happened.

Now, Flagler is offering the tapes to anyone else who might be interested, including the media and plaintiffs' attorneys.

"The US Air Force Shot Down Flight 93"
According to my roommate (and I later confirmed with the Loader) the Loader was completely silent most of the trip back to our side of the base, after they crossed the active, he spoke. "They shot one down." JJ replied "WHAT?" Loader:"One of those 16's came back with one less missile than it left with" That was all.

Evidence is Growing: Continuity of Government Plan is Currently in Effect
"it seems to me that this administration has justified its crimes by NOT suspending the state of emergency that went up on September 11, 2001. They are using emergency powers if you look at the whole of the spying, military actions inside the US, etc. I would wager that if asked, this administration will admit that we have been in a state of emergency for their tenure in office."

Taco Bell, Wal-Mart, NRA hired 'black ops' company that targeted environmental groups
Like other firms specializing in snooping, Beckett Brown turned to garbage swiping as a key tactic. BBI officials and contractors routinely conducted what the firm referred to as "D-line" operations, in which its operatives would seek access to the trash of a target, with the hope of finding useful documents.

Noam Chomsky, White Knights and 9/11 Truth.
9/11 was blamed on a man who denied it and who supposedly headed up an organization that high ranking members of the CIA say does not exist. The myriad of connections between Israel and 9/11 is tremendous and no amount of coincidence can account for it. People who have been connected to their countries secret service; ex-presidents and high officials in various lands have said that 9/11 was an inside job and some have laid the blame at the feet of the CIA and Mossad. I tend to believe that MI-6 had some connection to it as well. They certainly were connected to 7/7 in the London tube. The same Israeli security firm was in charge of all 9/11 airports, the London tube and the Madrid train station. I can go on and on about Dancing Israeli's and Odigo... the sheer weight of the evidence is... I can't find a word for it.

Genocide announced

"All of the Palestinians must be killed; men, women, infants, and even their beasts." This was the religious opinion issued one week ago by Rabbi Yisrael Rosen, director of the Tsomet Institute, a long-established religious institute attended by students and soldiers in the Israeli settlements of the West Bank. In an article published by numerous religious Israeli newspapers two weeks ago and run by the liberal Haaretz on 26 March, Rosen asserted that there is evidence in the Torah to justify this stand.

Imagine an expensive and painful vaccine that...

* "treats" a minor disease that usually goes away without symptoms and is easily avoidable through simple precautions

* claims to prevent cancer - and doesn't

* actually increases risks of medical complications by nearly 50% in untested recipients who may already have this minor disease

And here's the punchline:

Politicians throughout the world would like to legally FORCE this vaccine on young girls against their parent's wishes.

This is not a science fiction nightmare.

It's the latest from the medical-military-media industrial complex and your daughters are the guinea pigs.

Washington lobbying sets record in 2007
Corporations, unions and other interests spent a record-setting $2.79 billion in 2007 on lobbying Washington officials for favorable policies, said a study from a watchdog group released on Thursday.

A new U.N. Human Rights Council official assigned to monitor Israel is calling for an official commission to study the role neoconservatives may have played in the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.

Cosmetic chemicals found in breast tumours

Preservative chemicals found in samples of breast tumours probably came from underarm deodorants, UK scientists have claimed.

Their analysis of 20 breast tumours found high concentrations of para-hydroxybenzoic acids (parabens) in 18 samples. Parabens can mimic the hormone estrogen, which is known to play a role in the development of breast cancers. The preservatives are used in many cosmetics and some foods to increase their shelf-life.

Justice Department Increasingly Avoiding Corporate Prosecutions
The Justice Department has put off prosecuting more than fifty companies suspected of wrongdoing over the last three years. The decline in prosecutions is seen as a deliberate and dramatic shift in policy. While the news reported in a front-page article in the New York Times surprised many, the Justice Department's use of so called "deferred prosecution agreements" is nothing new. Back in 2005, a report released by the Corporate Crime Reporter profiled dozens of these cases and warned against their use.

Diebold/Premier E-Voting System Miscounts in Butler County, Ohio.

March 2008
Diebold/Premier E-Voting System Miscounts in Butler County, Ohio...

In a letter sent this week from Butler County, OH election officials, it was revealed that on March 4, 2008, the Diebold GEMS central tabulator failed to upload and store 105 ballots recorded on their AccuVote touch-screen voting machines, even though the system reported that all the ballots on the 1,599 memory cards had been uploaded successfully. The elections website of Butler County (which has since corrected the GEMS error) reports that 94,053 ballots were cast in the election.

The 105 ballots missed by the GEMS upload software represent from 0.08% to 0.18% of the ballot positions counted by the system (depending on the proportion of Democratic to Republican ballots stored on the memory card – there were nearly twice as many contests on the Republican ballot). But remember, HAVA allows a maximum error rate of 0.0002%. This means the error rate on the Butler County GEMS server was between 400 and 900 times as high (40,000% to 90,000%) as the rate allowed by federal law.

Now that these facts are known, using New Jersey’s version of the Sequoia Advantage e-voting machines or Butler County’s version of the Diebold AccuVote/GEMS system (v.1-18-24.0) in the November 2008 election would be a violation of federal law.

But the problem may be even more serious. The bugs that caused the miscounts have not yet been found or analyzed. Since software bugs are typically carried forward from one software version to the next unless they are found and fixed, these same bugs may very well be present on all Sequoia Advantage e-voting machines and all versions of Diebold GEMS (which is used to accumulate vote totals from Diebold/Premier's paper-based optical scan systems, as well as from their touch-screen e-voting machines).

So, it is quite possible that any jurisdiction using the Sequoia Advantage or Diebold GEMS could well be in violation of federal law if those same systems are used in November.

These are just two recent examples, from within the last two months, of vote-counting errors on electronic equipment far beyond the the rate allowable by law. Dozens of such incidents, reported all across the country, have occurred in every recent election cycle.

How long will the Justice Department, the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC), and states continue to ignore the mandate of HAVA --- and more importantly, the mandate of democracy --- for accurate vote-counting?

CORRECTION: Due to information discovered after our initial publication of this story, it was necessary to recalculate the error rates reported above. While the initial article had reported error rates as high as "half a million percent," the numbers have now been adjusted to note a somewhat lower error rate, though one which is still far in excess of that allowable by law. Theisen has post a detailed description of how she derived the above numbers in comments below.

UN expert stands by Nazi comments

By Tim Franks
BBC Middle East correspondent

Palestinian children protest against Israeli actions in Gaza, 3 March 2008
Falk believes that Israel has been avoiding criticism

The next UN investigator into Israeli conduct in the occupied territories has stood by comments comparing Israeli actions in Gaza to those of the Nazis.

Speaking to the BBC, Professor Richard Falk said he believed that up to now Israel had been successful in avoiding the criticism that it was due.

Professor Falk is scheduled to take up his post for the UN Human Rights Council later in the year.

But Israel wants his mandate changed to probe Palestinian actions as well.

Professor Falk said he drew the comparison between the treatment of Palestinians with the Nazi record of collective atrocity, because of what he described as the massive Israeli punishment directed at the entire population of Gaza.

He said he understood that it was a provocative thing to say, but at the time, last summer, he had wanted to shake the American public from its torpor.

Israel tanks near border with Gaza
Israeli actions in Gaza are collective punishment, says Falk

"If this kind of situation had existed for instance in the manner in which China was dealing with Tibet or the Sudanese government was dealing with Darfur, I think there would be no reluctance to make that comparison," he said.

That reluctance was, he argued, based on the particular historical sensitivity of the Jewish people, and Israel's ability to avoid having their policies held up to international law and morality.

These and other comments from Professor Falk comments are, if anything, even harsher than the current UN investigator, John Dugard, who himself has been withering about Israel's actions.

A spokesman for the Israeli Foreign Ministry said that Israel wanted the UN investigator's mandate changed, so that he could look into human rights violations by the Palestinians as well as Israel.

If that were not to happen, the Israeli government may consider barring entry to the new UN investigator.
